A Little Update…

Hi everyone!

We thought we’d give you a little update on what we’ve been doing in the past couple of months.

Currently, we are working on an anti-bullying project for Year 7 which targets some of the problems we have seen surrounding friendships. We are creating resources for Year 7 forms surrounding bullying and five other themes: empathy, sympathy, compassion, kindness and altruism. The resources will be delivered in form times by our wonderful anti-bullying ambassadors and we hope it will prevent bullying and promote kindness.

As part of the project, we will also be sending out an anti-bullying survey to Year 7 students before and after the project to see the impact our project has. In addition to this, we plan to send emails to parents and teachers, outlining how they can also help stop bullying at school.

We are also in the process of making a video about anti-bullying at AGGS, which we hope to share with you soon!
