Connexions

Our Connexions adviser is available for all students to make an appointment to talk about their prospects beyond school. Each student from Year 9 upwards is offered a Connexions appointment to discuss their future.

Liz has a degree in Counselling & Therapeutic Studies and a Diploma in Careers Guidance (Parts 1 and 2). She has worked as a Careers Adviser for over 20 years in schools and colleges across Greater Manchester such as: Trinity High School, Loreto Sixth Form College and Eccles Sixth Form College.

Liz has experience working with both Young People and Adults and has worked across different sectors including: Careers Education Information Advice & Guidance (CEIAG), Mental Health Support and Mentoring,

In her current role with Trafford Connexions Liz offers impartial Careers Advice and Guidance on:

·              Post 16 options 

·              Post 18 options 

·              Options in Year 10-subject choice 

·              Apprenticeships including Higher & Degree Apprenticeships 

·              University/UCAS

·              Student Finance
