Opera North’s Youth Orchestral programme

Opera North are very excited to return to live activity within Opera North’s Youth Orchestral programme. They are hosting opportunities for young instrumentalists aged 10 -21 to work closely with the professional musicians from the Orchestra of Opera North and education specialists over summer and in the new academic year.

• Brass Academy: 3 – 4 June, Yeadon Town Hall
• Creative Camp: 2 – 6 August: Herd Farm Activity Centre
• Strings Academy: 16 – 18 August, Howard Opera Centre
• Summer Orchestra Academy : 23 – 28 August- Howard Opera Centre (Application to audition closes June 7 )
• Opera North Youth Orchestra: October – March – Howard Opera Centre (Application to audition closes July 5)
