The address where you are permanently living when you apply for the exam by the closing date in June will be used to calculate distance from school. You may be required to provide proof of residency. If you have lived in your home for less than two years, you may be required to provide proof of disposal of your previous property.
You should notify the Admissions Officer of your new address, by email admissions@aggs.bright-futures.co.uk Should your child pass the entrance exam, your home address at the time of registration will be used to measure mileage. If your child is not offered a school place in the first round of offers on 1st March 2026, she may be offered a place in any subsequent rounds of offers which will take into account your new address.

AGGS does not take highest score into account and all candidates who score above the pass mark are considered equally. Please refer to the oversubscription criteria – Point 4 of the Admission Policy 2026. This outlines how we rank successful candidates. AGGS has taken the decision not to release individual scores to candidates who receive a qualifying score and instead they will receive a ‘pass’ on their results page. Any student who has not reached the qualifying mark will receive their numerical score.
