Category: COVID-19, External, News, Wellbeing

Message from Trafford Council:

During the lockdown young people can still access all the usual services from Trafford Council’s Youth Engagement Service. We are offering a comprehensive call back advice and support service for all Trafford young people aged 11-19

Any young person, parent or carer can contact us and we will arrange for a Youth Worker, Careers Adviser or other professional to call you back by phone, video call (Zoom or Whats App) or by email. You can also follow our Talkshop, Streetalk and Connexions Teams on Facebook and Instagram for all the latest news and initiatives.

To speak to a Youth Worker about anything at all! (Relationships, something to do, health and wellbeing, referral to other services etc.) Call 0161 912 2453 or email talkshop@trafford.gov.uk

To speak to a Connexions Careers Adviser about, careers, college, sixth forms, part time and full time jobs, help with a CV or application forms Call 0161 911 8600 or email contactus@trafford.gov.uk

We aim to call you back within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) mostly the same day!

We are working with other partners and agencies to ensure we can support young people and their families and carers during this difficult time – so please call if you want any advice and support.
