MFL Translation Bee Success

Huge congratulations to our phenomenal Y10 linguists, who have all won prizes in the (virtual) Translation Bee Regional Final. Pupils were given one minute to correctly translate as many sentences as possible, in a variety of tenses. They were fierce competitors and the speed at which they translated was impressive. For French, Rhianon (10-1) won 1st place and Olabisi (10-1) won 3rd place. For German, Anny (10-3) won 1st place and Suhaavi (10-4) won 2nd place. For Spanish, Antara (10-6) won 2nd place and Diya N (10-5) won 4th place.

They have qualified to represent the school in the virtual National Finals, we wish them luck in the final round!
