MSF Poster Competition

Category: Charity, Media Team, News, Students write

MSF is an international, medical humanitarian organisation working in more than 70 countries around the world. Their medical teams act fast to save people’s lives in conflict zones, natural disasters and epidemics and they go where we are needed most regardless of politics. Here at AGGS, the Friends Of MSF held an ‘Art Without Borders’ competition for Year 7, 8 and 9. The aim was for contestants to make posters that showcased what MSF did, and the benefits of the amazing cause.

On the day of judging, an award-winning artist called Len came to judge the posters! There were many amazing entries, but there were 3 in particular that caught the artist’s eye. In 1st place was Clara in 7-2, in 2nd place was Bella in 9-3, and in 3rd place was Ava in 8-7! The posters were excellent, and they really did convey the meaningful message of this charitable organisation.
