Support for Ukraine Day – Media Team Report

On Friday the 25th of March, the whole school was encouraged to wear blue and yellow accessories to support the Ukrainian refugees. Students and parents were able to donate money on ParentPay and a bake sale was held at school to raise money for Ukraine. The bake sale was a success, and lots of money was raised. As many of you are aware, with the current situation between Russia and Ukraine, many people worldwide have voiced their support for the Ukrainian people who are suffering and donated money to charities aiming to help them. The money from the bake sale and the donations made will go towards to charities supporting Ukrainian refugees. Thank you to everyone who donated money towards this cause and the PTA who organised this event.
