Susanna’s Tennis Success

At the start of the year, Susanna was one of the 8 top tennis players her age in the country invited by the LTA to compete in the National Age Group competition. She came 1st in the country for her age group (u13s). This led to her being given a wild card entry into her first u14s international event this week, where she succeeded in getting through to the last 16, only to be knocked out by the number 2 seed. This was a great chance for her to compete against girls a year older than her, and some more than double her size! She will be leading the Cheshire u14s girls team in the county cup at the end of April and then plans to compete on the European junior tour over the summer holidays. Well Done Susanna!
