Welcome to the first AGGS Pastoral Newsletter of 2026. We will be publishing a pastoral newsletter at least once each term to keep families informed about the pastoral support available at AGGS, as well as wider services that support young people and their families.

In this edition, we share updates on our Trust Review and our work with Trafford Thrive. We also outline what students will be focusing on during form time this half-term, explain why attendance matters, and provide guidance on online safety. In addition, we offer an overview of child financial exploitation and signpost external services that can provide further support to families when needed.
