Prize Win for Physics

One of our Y12 physics students Lois H entered and won a prize giveaway being offered by Lewis Matheson. Lewis presents physics videos on his YouTube channel called “A-level Physics online.” The channel has become extremely popular and has reached 100 000 followers. The prize won by Lois contains items for the physics department with a value of £3000. Items include a Van der Graff generator, revision materials, vouchers for Phillip Harris (suppliers of school equipment), vouchers to spend at oxford university press and robot building kits.

Lewis will be arriving in school on Thursday to personally (with all social distancing measures adhered to) to present the prize. See post here »
