Year 8 Fantastic Opera Workshop

On 23rd February, Year 8 were treated to a fantastic opera workshop hosted by the talented Impromptu Opera group. Several famous operative arias were performed by the soprano and baritone soloists including the stunning Queen of the Night aria ‘Der Hölle Rache kocht in meinem Herzen’ from Mozart’s Magic Flute and sung by the coloratura soprano. We joined in with this, although I’m not sure how many of us reached the all important top F!
